I experienced a glitch with upgrading three level 3 pop cap flags to create a level four on W66 (using google chrome, if it matters). I only have one village, had a level 3 Res flag activated and was well past the cool-down stage (allowing it to be changed, etc). Anyway, after combining the pop cap flags the level four flag which should have appeared didn't. After writing it off as server lag or some such nuisance I waited and subsequently forgot about it. It wasn't until I checked the world overview I noticed that for some reason it was showing as having TWO flags activated on W66.
Having one village, this is obviously incorrect. Having also recently farmlocked myself like the nub I am, I can with all reasonable certainty say that the flag did not give a benefit (ie, it didn't increase my pop cap). I was unable to remove it the conventional way, because the flag screen displayed the aforementioned res flag. I had to insert my password and withdraw all the flags from the world to fix the glitch, which worked.
iirc I combined the flags pre-update and the update hitting had no impact on the glitch itself, so I would hesitate before saying it was a 8.10 bug. I'm unsure whether this glitch has only happened to me, so I thought I had better report it. If it happens to other people it could get quite annoying, especially for someone with more villages etc.
