Problems with tribes
Sep 16th 2013, 23:19, by johnmx

Key of people cuz I'm one confusing mofo:
Leader A- duke of my current tribe
Leader B- Newbie Duke of my current tribe
Leader C- Cool tribe leader of the weak tribe
Leader D- Control freak baron of my tribe

Alright I have no idea where to post this so I guess it's going here. I am currently in a tribe that has over gone some changes since the world first began. I guess every tribe goes thought changes but these ones have been pretty major and are not exactly so good for the tribe.

Let me give you some history before I explain the problem. So these two people, leader A and Leader B, decided to start a tribe on the rim and I joined them. I believe I was the first to join and eventually they made me diplomat. Later on we got enough people to start two tribes (the tribe limit is very small in this world). While that was going on I was talking with every tribe leader in my K and trying to make friends with all of them. It worked;) At any rate, because I was talking with lots of tribe leaders and made friends with them I met this one dude in particular. He was the leader of a weak tribe but already had a second smaller tribe (I shall name him Leader C). We kicked it off and already began planning to destroy some tribes together. Eventually he offered for us to merge into his tribe and even offered me a position of leader. I politely declined the leader spot but I tried pushing this unto Leader A and he freaked out. He started threatening me and was gonna kick me out of the tribe. He claimed that Leader C was just an idiot and would only weaken us. He called me a traitor and everything. I saw through that and it was him just being power hungry.

Another thing is Leader A gives anyone who asks a powerful position in the tribe. I even had a problem with me being promoted to diplomat but I worked at proving myself. He gave this one dude baron status (Leader D) after being in the tribe for like 3 days. That dude went crazy and changed the profile page completely, changed everything in the forum, and even kicked me out of the council forums and profile page. I tried changing the profile page to where is says my name under diplomacy but the leader A freaked out again and took away my privileges because his name was under diplomacy originally. I said I was sorry and he gave me my privileges back.

The two leaders, A and B, are both poor leaders. Leader A doesn't act like a leader. He acts immature by never using correct grammar, putting "lol" into every sentence, and rarely ever keeps you up to date on what's happening in the tribe. Also he doesn't try to keep forums alive, usually only posting one or two sentences max. Leader B does not understand how to run and seems to be very new to this game in general. When she posts some rule or something, it will usually be flawed Nd because of this, people will point out the flaws and give out their own suggestions. She will then agree with everyone or will go straight to Leader A. No one views her as a leader also because she rarely makes any posts now.

So now I am thinking about joining Leader C's tribe because we are so tight. Two problems with that option though. The first problem I found was that Leader C has a huge language barrier. He is not a native speaker so sometimes it is hard to understand. It is not super bad but it is definitely not low key. Another problem is that I really like the people in my current tribe. They are fun, talkative, and have no problem supporting a friend in need. I have no idea how Leader C's tribe is but they are definitely stronger than us right now. We only have a 900 tribe average and they have a 1.4 k average(btw this is still early game). They also have two other tribes making one huge family tribe (the tribe limit is 21 members).

Please help me because I have no idea what to do. I could join Leader C's tribe or stay with my current tribe and work things out.
I know I wrote a lot but deal with it.
