Oct 1st 2013, 02:52, by gcyork

1.copy "sounds.pak" to a folder of your choice (Steam/SteamApps/common/State of Decay/Game/sounds.pak)

2.rename "sounds.pak" to "sounds.zip"

3.inside "sounds.zip" find and extract the folder named "music" (you will find 4 files named "main_menu_01.fsb" "main_menu_02.fsb" "main_menu_03.fsb" and "mx_c3_str.fsb" in it)

4.download this program http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers/fsbext.zip

5.extract "fsbext.zip" and run "fsbext.exe"

6.select the file you want to extract ("main_menu_01.fsb" "main_menu_02.fsb" "main_menu_03.fsb" and "mx_c3_str.fsb")

7.select the output folder (any place you want) click "save"

8.repeat steps 6 and 7 for each file you want to extract

9.Enjoy

when done you should have 69 mp3s 157mb

1 from "main_menu_01.fsb"

1 from "main_menu_02.fsb"

1 from "main_menu_03.fsb"

66 from "mx_c3_str.fsb"
