They can be added to the base game individually or all at once. Nations 2 includes seven more countries with unique special abilities. Rocket Technology provides an alternative to bombers. Rockets work the same but require rocket factories to build and can’t be countered with fighters. H-Bomb Technology doubles the victory points of a plutonium bomb but requires Lithium Deuteride as an additional resource. Personalities are roles based on historical characters. They allow flexibility in the placement of workers, free espionage actions, and other benefits.
