Building Reduction Time Question Sep 1st 2013, 23:16, by kadir deniz A quick question. I know you can pay pp to reduce building time. But can you pay pp to reduce the cost of a building ? Example; Level 10 iron mine will cost 1000/1000/1000 can you pay 10 or 100, what ever it is. pp to reduce its cost ?
