VPG Launches New Bagged Game Series With One Abstract and One Sci-Fi Jun 24th 2013, 01:24 Victory Point Games’ Bagged Game Originals (BGO) series will feature lower cost games, with fewer components and shorter rules, available only in bags. Number 1 in the series is Abandon Earth, a game in which the players represent different nations fighting for survival in the face of an alien attack. They’ll need to develop new technologies, search for survivors, launch military missions, and find new homes on other planets. Number 2 is Swytch, a two-player abstract with hexagonal and circular-shaped pieces. The circular pieces can move in any direction but the hex-shaped ones only in one of three directions at a time. A “swytch” is a move that changes the orientation of a piece, thus changing future possible directions.
