Freddie Gibbs – Lay It Down [Music Video] Jul 1st 2013, 23:25, by Mr. Kennedy Freddie Gibbs is back with another video for another "ESGN" track titled "Lay It Down" (produced by Willi B.) Directed by Will Gates, the beginning of the video sees a news team discuss the notoriety of Gibbs' hometown of Gary, Indiana. The video then proceeds to show all the typical symptoms of a "gangster-rap" video: guns, tattoos, gang signs, bandanna's, dice games and loads of mean-mugging of the camera. The visuals for "Lay It Down" caused quite a stir for a few folk on YouTube who disagreed with the content.
