NMTB is the name and W48 is where I started to learn to play TW, got myself 66 villages first time out which wasn't great but not to bad either.
Leadership - Success or Failure?
One very obvious thing that I have learnt about this game just like in most sports, not all players are great leaders and not all leaders are great players, I am not implying I am a great player, I know I am not but I am a solid player and a very good organizer, however most leaderships fall very quickly because the leader has little people skills and doesn't know how to delegate working rolls within the tribe due to either fear, ego or ignorance of others opinions.
What's on offer?
The tribe will consist of a maximum of 30 players (settings permitting) with one duke, 3-4 Baron positions.
Players need to be able to perform the basic TW tasks as such; Back-timing, Snipe, send Milli Trains, know how to defend themselves in early game.
What is expected?
Activity is everything in TW so we expect all potential members to be very active, communicative and cooperative, patient, a good listener, act on commands, use skype, coplaying is essential but that is up to the individual.
When we start?
3 days after start up, time and direction will be announced in due course.
